Konference proběhla na Univerzitě v Leedsu ve dnech 2. – 5. července 2018 a v hojném počtu se jí zúčastnili členové CSS a další čeští a moravští medievisté, a to jako organizátoři a moderátoři (organizace Special Strand: „Memory“ – Lucie Doležalová, Jan Čermák) i jako přednášející.
Jako zvláštní akce proběhl workshop projektu HERA organizovaný muzikology z Ústavu hudební vědy FF UK, ke kterému byl pořízen krátký dokumentární film.
