The Centre for Medieval Literature conference will be held 5-7 April 2022 in the Danish Institute in Rome, located in the Villa Borghese Park. The theme of the conference is ‘Scale(s) of Literary History – Europe c. 500-1500’. The central aim of this conference is to explore the spatial, temporal and archival scales which structure our literary histories of the Middle Ages.The organizers warmly welcome paper submissions and panel proposals.

The ERC Project PASSIM (Patristic Sermons in the Middle Ages, Radboud University Nijmegen) will organize the International Workshop On the Way to the Future of Digital Manuscript Studies.
The workshop will be held on 27-29 October 2021, either on location in Nijmegen (ideally), in a hybrid form, or online depending on the development of the Covid-emergency. Board and lodging expenses will be borne by the Organization; unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee coverage of travel costs at this time.
