Členové CSS a další čeští a moravští medievisté se v hojném počtu účastní nadcházejícího ročníku významné světové medievistické události, International Medieval Congress 2018 na Univerzitě v Leedsu (2. 5. července 2018), a to jako organizátoři a moderátoři (organizace Special Strand: „Memory“ – Lucie Doležalová, Jan Čermák) i jako přednášející.
Jako zvláštní akce proběhne workshop projektu HERA organizovaný muzikology z Ústavu hudební vědy FF UK, ke kterému byl pořízen krátký dokumentární film a který na Kongresu bude uveden 2. července.
